小栗子C# SDK

特别鸣谢 大佬 laomms 提供技术支持

MsTool、RobotMenuDemo是简单Demo，可删除

使用说明：

   创建自己的项目，如MsTool，并引用SDK--->在xiaoLiZi项目中引用自己创建的项目--->在自己的项目创建类实现SDK接口（Interface），如RecPrivateMsg--->在xiaoLiZi项目RegisterCore 注册

xiaoLiZi项目AppRun类中可以配置插件说明SetAppInfo和权限SetProperty

  XiaoLiZi是启动项目，从github下载后，请重新NuGet相关引用
