BPMN 2.0 Extension for Internationalization (I18n)

This XML schema defines and documents BPMN 2.0 extension elements
to interchange localized names and documentations.

In order to declare the language of default name and documentation attributes, it is recommended to declare that language on the root 'definitions' node.
