  > 自己项目需要，封装C语言读写文件。 为了兼容低版本的编译器，因为低版本的编译器（比如，Vs2010,Vs2008）他们可能不支持 modern c++。 

## 项目

  ## 接口说明
  |函数名|功能|
  |:---|:---|
  |init_|初始化， 打开文件|
  |file_|获取初始化的文件|
  |is_opened_|检查文件是否打开|
  |length_|返回文件长度，单位：字节|
  |write_|写文件，函数有重载|
  |read_|读文件，函数有重载|
  |is_existed_|检查参数中的文件是否存在|
  |uninit_|释放资源,销毁文件读写对象前， 请先调用该函数，避免析构出现异常|
