**Issue标题:图形化备份工具的引入** 【任务分值】 20分 【背景描述】 备份工具作是桌面环境中常用的工具，目前openEuler社区缺少一款高效、易用的图形化备份工具 【需求描述】 引入一款高效、易用、功能完备的图形化备份工具，图形工具相对独立，能够在openEuler中的主要桌面环境中使用 【环境要求】 CPU架构:x86_64/aarch64 OS版本:openEuler20.03-LTS-SP1、 openEuler20.03-LTS-SP2 【产出标准】 1. 不同备份工具的功能和性能对比，给出选择选择该备份工具的理由 2. 在openEuler的open build service中编译通过，并在社区建仓，上传至主线和LTS分支 3. 能在目前openEuler中的桌面环境中均可使用 【PR提交地址】 本仓库或其他指定仓库 【期望完成时间】 2022-3-30 【开发指导】 可对比目前linux主流平台上的备份工具，选择一款普适性较强，开发者活跃的开源图形化备份工具 【导师及邮箱】 tanyulong2021 tanyulong@kylinos.cn 【备注】 本issue为面向高校学生的“开源软件供应链点亮计划-开源实习”项目的任务，非参加该项目的 人员勿领
