 对openeuler,opengauss等组织下的仓库或者与社区基础设施相关的单一仓库进行备份，并且实现定期同步最新的代码
【产出标准】：
 1.实现仓库的代码完全备份
 2.根据commit信息变化定期刷新已经改变的仓库
 3.实现可配置可扩展
 4.成员和权限管理
 5.仓库pull requests和issues备份
【技术要求】：
 1.熟练使用golang编码
 2.熟悉k8s部署和配置文件代码化
