Verilog-A Code: This ODTFT refers to "openDACS TFT compact model". It is used for circuit simulation based on TFTs. For display field, it is quite important for driver circuit design. 2. Experimental Data: We provide 3 sets of a-IGZO-TFT experimental data. The Cox and W/L imformation is provided. 3. Manual We provide a ditialed manual for beginers to use this VA model, e.g., how to tune the parameters? how to extract the parameters. 4. Optimal Parameter Module We provide a parameter extraction module for beginers to extract the key fitting parameters. This module holds the funtions of printing figures, print parameters and self-generated VA code. Pls run : OD_TFT_v_1\Optimal Parameter Module\mian_EP_w_inputs.m 5. Simulator Bechmarks Show the simulation results using our VA code. 6.
