(1) Background
steal-time is the amount of time a virtual CPU waits for a real CPU while the hypervisor services another virtual processor. The steal-time phenomenon occurs when the host allocates these resources elsewhere (for example, to another client). steal-time RISC-V support merged into the mainline kernel v6.8.
(2) Existing work
The rvck-olk kernel repository is a RISC-V homology repository based on openEuler OLK-6.6, and has been merged many RISC-V chip support, mainline feature support, with automated testing infrastructure.

Lack of steal-time support

Backport mainline steal-time RISC-V support.

Completion of functional verification on openEuler RISC-V and code integration into rvck-olk kernel repository.
