已同步作者最新版本代码，规则增加取反(~)、白名单(-)、策略组(&)。
日志改用了slf4j-api。debug时，
可以查看%Users%\AppData\Local\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea\log下日志。
启动日志需要使用JetBrains\IntelliJ IDEA\bin下idea.bat启动，在控制台查看。
