mysql-community 8.0适配问题

22.03 LTS官方源内自带的mysql-community 8.0似乎只有server而且装了没有服务，是否是可用的？

当前使用MySQL官方CentOS8的RPM安装，使用dnf才可以正常安装yum会报错，后续长期管理是建议使用dnf么？
