[openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP4] [ppc64le] dtc secure comple补丁导致段错误问题

openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP4 执行 qemu-system-ppc64 段错误，原因是使用了 libfdt.so.1 动态库，这个动态库来自 dtc-1.6.1-3.oe2203.ppc64le 包。

将 dtc-1.6.1-3.oe2203.ppc64le 包的以下补丁去掉问题解决，请问这个补丁能从 ppc64le 上删除吗？或者在qemu上加上这个补丁？
